BJCP Study Group - Nov. 19th 2009

Dan Hall has agreed to give his strategy presentation on how to do well on the BJCP exam at our November 19th study group.  Dan gave us this presentation last year before the exam, and it was excellent.  I highly recommend that you make every effort to attend, even if you don't plan to take the Dec 6th test.

A study guide should not be a tutorial on homebrewing, but should summarize the aspects of the brewing process that relate to beer flavors and styles. The information presented here was written by a group of technically proficient judges and brewers and tailored to the actual BJCP exam questions.
